- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in similar position in heavy industry as a preference.
- Strong understanding of control systems, robotics and electronics.
- Knowledge in robotics and PLC programming.
- Experience with project management.
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Continuous learning mindset.
- Planning and work organization ability.
- Analysis and optimization of processes (increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality)
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and propose the solution
- Evaluate and implement automation technologies (robots, PLCs and other automated systems)
- Management of projects focused on process improvements and automation implementation (including planning, tracking progress)
- Proposal for regular/preventive maintenance of equipment
- Manage initial trainings and take over of production for each new proces (provide technical support if needed)
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities (related to project management) effectively.
- Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Full industrialisation of new processes and new machinery according expected technical parameters within budgeted costs and schedule.
- Designing, developing, and implementing process improvements to optimise efficiency and productivity.
