We are looking for an experienced HR Professional! Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing company? * High school or university degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company is required.
* Very good command of English for daily communication.
* Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes
* Driver’s license (category B)
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Proficiency in using HR software and systems
* Willingness to commute to Vyškov
* Provide support to the HR and Accounting departments, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and related tasks
* Lead recruitment processes, candidate selection, and maintain relevant documentation and records.
* Manage HR needs of current employees and address their concerns
* Actively participate in recruitment activities and talent acquisition
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR department is aligned with the company's needs
* Prepare and maintain HR-related reports
