Who we are looking for:

- An experienced Finance Manager with a background in a manufacturing environment
- A candidate with strong knowledge of Czech accounting standards, IFRS, controlling, and taxation
- A strong personality capable of independently managing plant finances while acting as a trusted business partner to management
- A manager with proven experience in leading people
- An advanced Excel user with experience in ERP systems
- Someone who is fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment

Pracovní náplň

Are you an experienced Finance Manager?
Do you have experience managing the full financial operations of a manufacturing plant? This role combines strategic financial management, a hands-on approach, and leading a small team. You will have a direct impact on the plant’s operations as well as the quality of financial data reported to the group.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Full financial management of the manufacturing plant – planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Oversight of accounting and financial reporting in compliance with Czech accounting standards and IFRS
- Active collaboration with the Plant Manager, local management, and the central finance team
- Leading and developing a team of 3–5 employees in accounting and payroll
- Managing working capital (receivables, cash flow, credit management)
- Ensuring tax and statutory compliance, coordinating audits, and liaising with auditors and authorities
- Managing financial risks and strengthening internal controls
- Working with product costing and manufacturing cost data in ERP systems
