For a major international project in the railway and industrial manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will play a key role in adapting, optimizing, and industrializing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost targets are achieved. If you have a strong engineering background, hands-on manufacturing experience, and enjoy improving processes in a dynamic international environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Previous experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial processes
Fluent or communicative English skills (daily use in an international environment)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, industrial tools, and process optimization techniques
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results

Pracovní náplň

Ensure manufacturing processes are implemented and maintained in accordance with defined industrial standards and requirements
Support industrialization activities and production ramp-up at partner manufacturing facilities
Monitor process performance and ensure manufacturing process stability
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary
Coordinate and provide technical support to production teams
Analyze production performance, efficiency, quality, and productivity indicators
Collaborate closely with production, quality, engineering, and logistics teams
Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes and operational excellence initiatives
