Your Responsibilities:
Production and assembly of car headlights for the automotive industry
Work with modern manufacturing equipment and production lines
Visual inspection and quality control of finished products
Handling and assembling components on the production line
Participation in continuous improvement of production processes
Requirements:
Work experience in the Czech Republic minimum 6 months
Fluent English
Manual skills and attention to detail
Responsibility, reliability, and independence
Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation (8-hour shifts)
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Interest in modern technologies
Basic logical thinking skills
What We Offer:
Joining bonus of 75,000 CZK (considering 100% fulfilment of the work program)
Salary of up to 35,000 CZK per month, with part of the recruitment bonus bringing the total to up to 55,000 CZK during the first 3 months
