Požadujeme

The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who can 
* Work independently, understands controlling processes end-to-end, and feels confident supporting management with high-quality analysis and reporting.
* 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role
* Strong knowledge of controlling processes, financial statements, and business performance metrics
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar is a plus
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling data from various sources
* Fluent English with strong communication skills and high attention to detail

* Prepare and monitor the business planning and budgeting.
* Design plans and programs to improve financial control and accountability.
* Perform financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and forecasts, and provide advice to management.
* Develop reports and statements for the management.
* Provide control procedures to ensure the accuracy of data reported to external and internal management.
* Evaluate financial key performance indicators.
* Implement and oversee financial systems and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Prepare and present financial forecasts and strategic plans to senior management and stakeholders.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and controls.
